Ella has over 12 years' legal experience spanning across diverse industries including professional services, energy and resources, utilities, property and infrastructure, FMCG and technology.

She has worked with organisations including Corrs Chambers Westgarth, AusNet Services, Quadrant Energy, Port of Melbourne and Bellamy's Australia Limited. Ella has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Ella is responsible for providing legal advice to the executive team and the board on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, listing requirements and corporate governance standards and supporting the board in its governance responsibilities.
